Class Timetable Who can attend classes? It can be practised by any age group and any level of physical ability, if you are taught by an experienced teacher in the traditional way. The practice is built up gradually over time at a rate that's right for you. What type of classes are available? Traditional Mysore Style classes following the original method developed by the Guru for Ashtanga Vinyasa Sri K Pattabhi Jois. We have small classes of 6-10 students working closely with the teacher so each student develops at their own rate. By teaching in this traditional way each student is practicing at the right level for them not a 'generalised' class level. This style is all about developing a personal yoga practice that works for you - which you continue with at home.
